    Cairn Outdoor Guides stands behind the quality of everything we sell and provide and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Cairn Outdoor Guides, you can return your item(s) as follows:

     

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

     

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

     

    • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Items must be unused and unwashed.

     

    • Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

     

    • If you are returning a product because of an error made by us (i.e., we sent you the wrong item or quantity), return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs, but you must provide a photograph or proof of payment of shipping prior.

     

    • Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have discussed this with a representative. Contact us about your return by e-mailing jordan.larson@cairnguides.com.

     

    Refunds (If Applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

     

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

     

    • If you are returning a product because of an error made by us (i.e., we sent you the wrong item or quantity), return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused.     •  Once the item(s) are returned to us, we will send you a refund for the amount paid for each item returned.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Refunds are only applicable on products that have been damaged, broken, or disformed due to our error or during the shipping process. Products that are in perfect condition may be exchanged for a store credit or another product of equal or lesser value. 

    We do not offer refunds or cancellations on any orders before they have been delivered at this moment in time except for some very specific situations. If you would like to see if you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please send us an Email at jordan.larson@cairnguides.com within 24 hours of the order being placed and we will see if you qualify.

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jordan.larson@cairnguides.com,

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
